As part of the 10th Anniversary of the Tamil Language Festival, the Tamil Language Council has commissioned the 2nd volume of the Living Language, Living Heritage book.

In this volume, the editorial team has hand-picked forgotten items from Indian culture, heritage and mythology. This is to ensure that this element of the past is not forgotten. 

Apart from the heritage perspective, the editorial team has compiled motivational Tamil song lyrics to motivate the readers, especially the younger ones and also to indulge themselves in the poetic use of the language.
